I love the Delmarva beaches and have vacationed here annually with my family since I was 3 years old. After college, I began my Real Estate career in Ocean City, Maryland in the early 80's working for Century 21 and Heritage Development Corporation. My late husband, Ray and I moved to the Caribbean Island of St. Maarten in 1989. We were recruited to be Project Directors for first one, then a second successful condominium/hotel development there. We were awarded 'Project Directors of the Year' for both 1996 and 1997, for leading the fastest selling resort team in the Caribbean for Oyster Bay Beach Resort.

 
The call of salt air (and Thrasher's French Fries) brought us back to Delaware in 2012 as it was something we always planned to do. I worked for Country Life Homes, a local homebuilder for 5 years, where I was the Community Sales Manager for Woods Cove in Rehoboth Beach and Hearthstone Manor in Milford selling over 75% of the total number of company sales during my tenure closing over 100 Villas, Condos and Single-Family Homes. In 2013, I placed equivalent to 7th in the State of Delaware with Home Builder’s Association of Delaware in the number of New Home Sales and Sales Volume.
In 2017, we started our own company and joined Joe Maggio Realty, who in 2019 merged with Keller Williams Realty. In 2020, I was the #1 agent for both homes sold and gross commission earned for KW on Rehoboth Avenue in Rehoboth Beach. I served on their Agent Leadership Council and was Chair of their Social Events Committee.

 
In March of 2022, I accepted an incredible offer from Compass RE to be a Principal Agent and debuted my team, The Bunting Group. Over 95% of my clientele are referrals from other clients or agents or repeat buyers or sellers from my database. One of my specialties is guiding buyers through the process of building a new home in a new home community, transitioning to assisted living and am getting more involved in Commercial Real Estate. I've excelled at moving listings quickly and gaining referral business from my customers.  I'm licensed in both Maryland and Delaware. 

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Delaware Association of Realtors, 2023 President-Elect and 2024 President of Women’s Council of Realtors - Sussex County, Delaware, Sussex County Association of Realtors, the Rehoboth Beach Chamber of Commerce, and a member of Grace United Methodist Church. My past affiliations have been with the American Resort Development Association, Home Builders Association of Delaware, National Home Builders Association, United States Navy League, St. Maarten Golf Association, St. Maarten Travel and Tourism Association, the Eastern Caribbean Golf Association and Rotary International. I was born in Washington, DC, and am very knowledgeable of the area. One of my clients described me as "extremely knowledgeable of everything Maryland and Delaware".
