"There are times where words fail to do justice for a service provided and my experience with Robert Moody is just that. Robert managed four properties at one time and because of his dedication and professionalism all four closed guickly and conveniently for all families involved. Robert’s best work is done behind the scenes where it counts, he manages every aspect of the sale and always has a viable solution for the many hurdles along the way. His confident humble nature clears away any of the games and nonsense that unfortunately is part of selling a home. While his sense of humor is disarming every person I encountered in this process reminded me that he is a businessman first who works for his client representing them in a way that serves the buyers and sellers best interest. Every single day from sometimes before 8:00 am to past 10:00 pm he is determined to get as much done as possible, text, phone calls and emails to a personal visit to ensure things are done right the first time. He is the whole package and doesn’t quit untill the funds are received. I am sure Contra Costa county has many good realtors able to sell your home or help you find one but I don’t know why you wouldn’t choose the best. My only regret is missing his morning phone call and not knowing him longer, one of the reasons he is so successful… he puts people before profits… I am very grateful to have found the Moody Team and will not hesitate to use them in the future."

"One word says it all…FANTASTIC! This was an estate sale after my elderly parents passed away in a care home and, as such, was more complex as there were renters living in the home. Robert took care of everything including showing great respect for the renters by being on-site as well as arranging for every inspection, walk thru and any other professional visit. Since the property was in Benicia average one-way trip was about 35 minutes from his office. He kept me up-to date constantly and brought all documents to my home for review. The home was listed on 09/10/16 and closed escrow 10/26/16 at full market value. Robert’s expertise and high level of integrity was evident by his careful "crossing of every T and doting of every i" thus bringing the sale to a 100% successful conclusion."
