"We recently purchased a house and RJ was our agent.. My husband and I started looking for a house by going to open houses and we met RJ at one of the open houses we went to. She made a really good first impression to us and we're glad that we chose her to be our agent. She was very helpful from the beginning to the end. Unlike other agents, we never find her pushy, she was very honest with giving her opinion. "My husband and I contacted RJ in January 2015 to discuss listing our home for sale. We had a tenant living in the home and weren't sure whether we should list the home with tenants. We scheduled a meeting with the tenants to walk through the home and see how willing they would be to help us list our home while living there. I was really impressed with RJ's calm negotiation skills and how she took the reigns of this meeting to dive into all the next step commitments that would be required from our tenants.
