When we spoke with Rick we knew instantly that he was the one for us. When we saw our listing, we were blown away. The pictures on our listing made us almost regret selling the place! We could tell Rick and his crew put a lot of work and effort into the listing. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. We had multiple buyers put in great offers the very day our listing went live. This resulted in a final sale well above the listing price and our original expectations. Rick was there every step of the way and always kept us informed about every aspect of the process. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Rick Binkley is a consummate professional and we deeply appreciate all of the effort that he gave our home search. From the first day that we met Rick, he was very prepared with neighborhood market research so that we could make the best possible decision on purchasing a home. Our search took over five months to complete, and he showed the same respect and patience whether we were looking at the second house or the sixth. Each time he showed us a home, he brought with him an arsenal of market, neighborhood, and home specific information; these added touches (often on super short notice) illustrated how much he cared about our finding the right home. Along with this information, he brought his informed opinion—never overtly selling us on a particular house, rather he would listen to our myriad of questions and return with thoughtful answers that would help us advance our search. When we (thankfully) found the home that we had been looking for, Rick helped to negotiate the best price and encouraged the sellers to make much needed repairs before we signed on the dotted line. This is our 8th home purchase and listing. Rick was far and away the best agent we have ever had. I believe his preparation. sponsored staging and professional photos, video and marketing campaign are the reason our house sold in 5 days, and at a higher price than I thought we would ever get! On the purchasing side, he was great, even learning to facetime a showing on a hot property while we were out of town. He listened to what we wanted and helped look, but never pushed us. He was keeping track of every little detail on both inspections, appraisal, etc. I would highly recommend him.

Rick did a great job getting us familiar with the process of buying a home starting from our initial meeting. As first-time home buyers, we were very unfamiliar with the situation and that made us nervous, but Rick did a fantastic job of making us feel comfortable during the whole thing. He was very detailed oriented, starting with our introduction to home buying packet, but he also knew when to step back from those details to give a broader view of what was going on. Rick was very accommodating to our schedule so that we could look at houses. We really didn't know what we wanted in a house, so he was able to guide us through a ton of houses so we could figure it out. Once we had that figured out, he was able to help us find some great houses in different neighborhoods so we could decide where exactly we wanted to live. All of that felt like he was really going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable during the house hunt, and once we got under contract. The journey included bidding for several houses and being outbid, signing a contract to buy a FSBO that didn’t work out, signing a contract to buy a house but the inspections necessitated terminating the contract, and preparing several offers but not actually making the offer. We knew Rick Binkley through a previous coworker of my husband’s and we reached out to him months before we were ready to buy. He met with us, provided us with lots of information, a binder full, and helped walk us through what the process would look like. He also gave us some realistic ideas of what the cost of buying a home looked like so that we could get our finances in order. This was extremely helpful in getting us comfortable with the overwhelming process of buying our first home. Rick was professional, knowledgeable, available and trustworthy. Once we found the home that we were ready to buy, the seller's agent for that home was not the easiest nor the most trustworthy person to deal with. He handled correspondence with her with patience and never let us feel the stress of what he was dealing with. He also advocated for us so that when we did get a contact in place on the house it was something we were comfortable with. He was more than helpful every step of the way- He went above and beyond at the end of the process when we had some unexpected events come up and was extremely available to us and responsive to all of our questions.
