Richard holds an MBA degree. With over three decades of real estate related experience since the '90s, Richard has truly seen it all, which gives him a calm resolve in guiding clients through anything that can arise during the buying/selling process.
Before working as a Realtor, Richard started as an apartment manager overseeing operations of a 340+ unit apartment complex. With this experience, he was able to develop swift interpersonal skills. As of the year 2000, he was involved in strictly commercial and mixed-use properties management/sales for several years. Finally, Richard decided to follow his passion for residential real estate and has been helping clients navigate their own real estate ventures ever since.
Richard is a self-motivated, self spontaneous, and enthusiastic person who always strives for the best outcome. His reward comes from his client's satisfaction. Richard has handled deals calmly despite unexpected occurrences, such as when the seller passed away during the contract. In normal situations that completely require no supervision from the seller, Richard would still work hard to get the seller more money, in less time and with the best possible results. He has also handled deals where the overseas buyers were unable to physically view the house but trusted his experience-based decision. His uniquely strong interpersonal skill not only creates great results but also helps his clients to make intelligent and informed decisions during every step of the process.
