Richard's entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 19 when he founded and operated an ambulance company focused on providing transportation solutions for seniors. His early endeavor has given him a passion for advocating for older adults in real estate and reflects his innovative approach to addressing the unique needs of the aging population. Committed to fostering meaningful connections between community members and older adults, Richard has organized and hosted numerous volunteer events and activities, particularly aimed at engaging with residents in assisted living communities across the county and serves on the Advisory Council to Aging and Independent Services in San Diego.
