About Renée
It is not by chance that Renee has carved out a true niche for herself in the real estate world. Renée loves to work, is a people person, embraces challenges and finds real estate truly fascinating, even after 15 years in the industry. Renee’s main focus has been in the Investor ‘Spec’ Homes industry and New Home Development. Her professional experience includes, market forecasting/research, identifying subject properties, acquisition, design consulting, marketing and of course Listing and Selling the end product. The combination of roles and responsibilities Renee takes responsibility for truly set her apart from the competition.
From her success Renée has branched into design consultation and project management. Renee attributes her success to her drive for constant personal growth and finding true enjoyment in her work. She has allowed herself a creative outlet through the design and keeps her mind sharp by balancing the investor projects with her traditional Buyer and Sellers transactions. Renée is steadfast in continuing to work with traditional Buyer and Sellers. ‘This is where the ‘heart’ of Real Estate is’, according to Renée.
One of the key tools of the current real estate industry Renee finds most valuable is the virtual world; “I am showing property to Buyers in other countries or out of state, who will be sitting time zones away as we walk a Property. In a previous life Renée enjoyed a career in Underwater Photography. After receiving my master’s at Brooks Institute she went on to travel the world in pursuit of remote reefs, experiencing first-hand what most only see in print, via the internet or on TV. It became her mission to share this part of the world with others. Renée continue to pursue this Mission any chance she gets. She donates her images for educational purposes and to nonprofits.
