I'm Renée McMahan, a Northern Virginia Realtor born and raised right here in the heart of Alexandria. I've always believed that real estate is a very personal business and is all about you - your lifestyle, your dreams, your future and your expectations. I married into a family of avid DIYers with exceptional experience in building and designing homes. After numerous first-hand experiences in home renovations, I know what it takes to envision a home's true potential and have the right tool to do so in my garage. Having grown up in Northern Virginia gives me first-hand knowledge of the neighborhoods and market you're thinking of calling home. As a new mom and recent buyer and seller, I know how important it is to find not only the perfect home, but also the perfect neighborhood with your desired school system.
