Throughout the full homebuying process Rebecca put our needs first, carefully refining her selections of properties for viewing based on our changing criteria, taking us through detailed walkthroughs where she frankly pointed out issues we would not have caught, carefully preparing required documentation to insure we understood our obligations as buyers and that we were protected in the case of issues with the house popping up late in the purchasing process, answering our questions even if we reached out late in the evening or over weekends/holidays, and finally never pressuring us to move forward when we were uncomfortable even going so far as to support our decision to pull out of 2 initial contracts due to discovery of issues in the house following inspections as well as letting us delay closing on our finally purchased house late into a Friday evening during which she was constantly available helping us secure last minute funds from our homes seller to address last minute issues that only became apparent in the final walkthrough.
