About Rebeca
Whether you are seeking to sell a property with the highest possible return on your investment or searching for your dream home, there is no factor more important than have a knowledgeable and trustworthy professional by your side. Ernie and Becky Bascuas are long-time residents of Miami who have been helping clients realize their real estate dreams for more than 10 years.
Specializing in the luxury properties that make Miami one of the world’s most sought-after places to live, they have a true understanding of, and deep appreciation for, the dedication and discretion that is necessary when working with high-end real estate and discerning clientele. From first-time buyers and those relocating to South Florida to CEO’s and sports and entertainment clients, they possess a far-reaching knowledge of the market and the business savvy to get the transaction done.
Hailing from a real estate family, Ernie was exposed to the business at a young age. With a grandmother who was a real estate agent and a father who was a broker and developer, real estate is in his blood. After 13 years in construction, he embarked on a side project in real estate’s rental market, which evolved into full time real estate sales. Born and raised in the Miami area, he has a strong connection to the community and in-depth knowledge of the nuances that make up the area’s diverse neighborhoods.
Becky came to South Florida from Puerto Rico and has been a resident for more than half of her life. With a family background in Interior Design, she has an uncanny ability to help her client’s see the potential in a property and create a vision for their home and lifestyle.
Together, Ernie and Becky have been recognized as one of South Florida’s real estate power couples. From their Rookie of the Year award in 2008 to Top 10 Producer honors in 2016, they have been consistently ranked in the top five agents among a field of more than 400 colleagues. They are members of several professional organizations including Miami Association of Realtors, Women’s Council of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. They make their home in Miami with their two children and enjoy sharing their love of the city with their family, friends and clients.
