About Rare Properties
Inspired by the art of sales, Kennon formed RARE Properties in 2003 where he found personal success in buying, renovating, and selling multiple properties.

After exchanging philosophies and personal experiences, Tom Davila joined forces in 2007, and soon, the group ranked among the top teams in Los Angeles.

He and his family have been in California residential real estate for over 40 years.
