About Randy
Born and raised near Hartford Connecticut, Randy moved to the Philadelphia area after earning his B.S in Criminal Justice. His background in construction, specializing in water and fire restoration, gave him the skills to help those whose properties were destroyed and turn them into beautiful homes. In 1999, Randy went to the Police Academy and has worked for a Delaware County police department for the last 19 years.
Over the last 20 years, Randy has bought and sold many homes with the Brooke Nelson-Grohol Team. In 2018, Randy decided to put together his love of houses and his commitment to serving the community. The end result was an easy choice, become a Real Estate Agent and join the Brooke Nelson-Grohol Team. With over a century of combined experience, The Brooke Nelson-Grohol Team is one of the most trusted real estate groups in Pennsylvania. A rebranding of The Nelson-Hibberd Team, which evolved from the Diane Nelson Team, the team has been around for over 20-years, with multiple years being included on Real Trends’ prestigious list of the area’s top 100 teams.
Randy lives in Broomall with his wife and 3 daughters. Never wavering from his interest in construction, Randy continues to hone his skills by building custom handmade furniture from reclaimed and recycled materials.
