Since joining , Randi has continued to grow her business and launched the Randi Culang Team. The focus of the team is to be true partners in the selling, buying and renovation process. Randi’s vast experience in new construction involves working with a deep bench of vetted professionals. From designing floor plans to selecting finishes, she adds value in each stage. She has overseen total transformations and ground-up developments on behalf of her clients.
The Randi Culang Team services most lower Westchester towns, including Scarsdale, Edgemont, Larchmont, Ardsley, New Rochelle, Eastchester, and White Plains, and has established strategic partnerships with brokers beyond this area.
Randi is a 2001 graduate of Duke University. Prior to becoming an agent, Randi was the Vice President, Global Consumer Goods & Services Research Head at Gerson Lehrman Group, the premier expert network research firm, where she specialized in client service and team management. She is also the founder of an established interior design firm, RRC Design, and an experienced project manager, delivering on vision, creativity, and design.
Randi resides in Scarsdale with her husband, son and daughter, and is a member of the Westchester County Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is Co-President of the Fox Meadow Neighborhood Association (FMNA) and has been an active volunteer at Westchester Reform Temple in Scarsdale and the Fox Meadow School PTA. In her spare time, she enjoys singing (a former a cappella recording award winner), spinning, running, traveling and spending time with her family.
Jodi is a licensed real estate associate salesperson who assists buyers and sellers in all aspects of the home buying process. Her extensive experience acquiring, renovating and selling real estate is an added benefit to her clients due to her vast experience in real estate.
Jodi grew up in Dix Hills, Long Island and lived in New York City for many years before moving to Scarsdale. She has bought, sold and renovated multiple pieces of real estate, including apartments and houses. This experience has resulted in her being uniquely familiar with all elements involved in these types of projects. Jodi understands the issues faced by families deciding to move to the suburbs. Her unique perspective helps clients make the transition and Jodi wants to help each family find the perfect home. She is also able to help clients identify potential renovation opportunities in houses they are considering.
Jodi attended Duke University for college and graduated Cum Laude; she received her Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics, Summa Cum Laude, from NYU. Prior to joining Compass, she was an associate real estate salesperson for many years and focused on helping families identify appropriate towns in Westchester, NY and Connecticut. Jodi most recently ran City 2 Country, a suburban consulting firm that specialized in matching buyers with towns based on their interests and needs. Jodi has worked in Investment Banking and maintains an active practice as a Registered Dietitian, focusing on children and families. Since graduating from Duke, her interest in real estate has been constant; Jodi is now able to use her years of experience to help her clients at Compass.

The client preferred a neutral color scheme, which allowed Culang to infuse subtle hints of color throughout the space. She also chose fabrics that offered durability and longevity. “The color palette, furniture choices, lighting fixtures, and even the styling of accessories were all carefully curated to harmonize with the wallpaper’s theme and create a cohesive design narrative,” says Culang. “The idea of minimalist elegance is what we really strove for here. Clean lines, sleek furniture, and a simplified color palette are key in creating an elegant and sophisticated space.”Some of her do’s when designing a dining room are to be playful and take bold risks. “This is a room to try something a little different, especially on the walls,” says Culang. She adds that a standout light fixture is also key. “It captivates the attention and adds a touch of brilliance to the space.”For the don’ts, she says to not forget about functionality and don’t overcrowd the space.
