His strong work ethic and negotiating skills, coupled with his ability to listen to his clients’ needs has earned him praise and accolades from customers and colleagues alike.
He received his Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Maine at Machias and his Masters in Human Development and Relations from the University of Connecticut. After working as a psychotherapist in private practice for several years, Ralph focused his listening and problem solving skills to the field of Real Estate. Ralph's team is action oriented and strives to exceed all expectations of his clients, earning professional achievements including International Presidents Elite, which is awarded to the top 3% of sales agents nationally.
He uses his experience, contacts, and keen listening skills to help buyers envision the possibilities for a home after renovations, which expands the list of property choices. When working with sellers, his eye for detail and sense of space enables sellers who work with him to stage their homes to position them for the highest level of success.
Ralph was raised in a fishing village on the coast of Maine where he was taught the value of hard work, the richness of community connectedness, and the importance of one’s reputation. Ralph counts it a privilege to be part of something so intimate as to assist clients with the place they call home. Ralph feels he owes everything to his clients, many of whom have also become his friends. Outside of work, Ralph is devoted to his family and friends. He loves to cook and host dinner parties, travel, and play tennis. Ralph is passionate about all things ocean… especially his beloved "Downeast Maine".
