Based in Santa Monica, Rain works throughout the Westside and West Valley, presenting opportunities that fit the needs of her clients. Rain has helped buyers acquire homes and investment properties throughout the Westside and West Valley, including Encino, Sherman Oaks, Malibu, Calabasas and Thousand Oaks. For sellers, her full-service approach includes preparing a home for sale, coordinating staging, consulting on repairs or improvements and marketing effectively to reach the maximum number of prospects in a short amount of time.
