About Radley

As the Founder and CEO of The Radley Group, Radley Buxton leads his team of luxury real estate experts in representing buyers and sellers of the most stunning properties in Idaho.

Idaho has always been home to Radley.

Growing up on a ranch in Teton Valley, Radley learned the importance of hard work while respecting the beauty of the land. He was raised to overcome obstacles, find creative solutions, and be the best. His competitive nature and desire to dive into the details led him to a successful career as an auctioneer. This is where Radley honed in on his ability to truly see the potential of a property. He continues to obsess over the history and the details to fully understand the story, simply because:

Facts tell, but stories sell.

As a luxury realtor, Radley lives and breathes the properties he sells. While other realtors rely on comparables in the area, Radley creates his own market. Every aspect of every acre is considered when he begins his analysis of a luxury property. And this data drives Radley’s selling strategy.

I trust my team with my name, so you can trust them with your property.

Radley can read properties, but he can also read people. He handpicked each member of his team to be detail-driven, motivated, and consistent. The Radley Group consists of talented professionals with specific industry experience in farming & ranching, lending & finance, marketing, and consumer sales.

Building a Legacy

As a husband and father of two, Radley takes pride in the legacy he is building with his family. Both Radley and his wife, Teasha, own several successful businesses in Idaho Falls. And they’ve already passed their business mindset on to their children, who currently operate a thriving business selling stickers to their friends at school. When they aren’t working, the Buxtons enjoy exploring Idaho together as a family. By day you can find them hunting, fishing, and hiking. After a beautiful sunset in Island Park, you can find them cozying up in their cabin as Radley shares an excerpt from an Idaho history book or story from his days on the ranch in Teton Valley.
