"My family and I were originally thinking about buying an investment property out of state as we didn't think we could find something in LA worth buying. After a friend introduced me to Rachel, my wife and I met with her to go over what we were looking for in a home. She was very open to hearing all of our ideas and helped steer us in the right direction using her knowledge of the area. She quickly put together a list of listings for us to look at so we could really hone in what we wanted. We quickly found a house that we fell in love with and Rachel was right beside us helping us place a bid, negotiate terms, and when our offer was accepted, she was there to help us through the next steps. We were able to utilize her contacts to help figure out funding and lock in an amazing rate. She also helped book all necessary inspections, helped keep track of paperwork, and was there for every question we had. (no mater how big or small). My family now owns a home and a large reason is because Rachel is so amazing at her job.
It would be hard to imagine a better experience with anyone but Rachel. She is an amazing person to work with, truly cares about her clients and has a great team behind her." - Scotty

"Couldn't have been a better experience. Rachel helped sell my property and find a new one in the best way possible. My condo went from listing to in escrow within 5 days, and at well over asking. This wasn't because I lived in a hot neighborhood - this was because Rachel was diligent in researching the area, wisely suggested strategic pricing, and engaged with every prospective buyer.
Searching for a new place proved a lot more difficult, as I WAS looking in a hot neighborhood and competition was already high. Nevertheless, Rachel worked tirelessly to help me find a place that I was happy with at a price that I was comfortable with. She worked around my schedule, meeting me at ungodly hours in the morning to check out properties before I went to work, in the event I saw a place I loved and wanted to put in an offer before the open house that weekend. We eventually found the right place and she was there for every step of the way, helping coordinate every little detail and going above and beyond. Five stars isn't enough!" - Adam
