Industry Experience
Rachel began her real estate career in commercial finance, where she managed a loan servicing portfolio with a balance of over $100 million and helped to underwrite and close over $300 million of commercial loans. She obtained her real estate license in 2009 and also completed extensive studies toward becoming a Certified General Appraiser, before transitioning into residential sales and starting her team, The Street Group.
Aside from real estate, Rachel is a licensed General Contractor and is the owner of Hestia Construction, LLC, which specializes in design-driven renovations, historic restoration, design, and home staging. She also is the co-owner of Salus Lead Services, a lead dust testing company, and host of the DIY Network television show “Philly Revival”.
Rachel’s ability to perform extensive financial and valuation analysis of properties, combined with her knowledge of construction and design, helps ensure that your real estate transaction will be in good hands every step of the way.
