We have worked with Cheryl and Rachel for over a year trying to find the perfect property for our move to Paso Robles, CA. We were not at all sure of what we wanted and both Cheryl and Rachel were very patient and helpful as we worked through the pros and cons between buying something that could be remodeled or starting from scratch with a undeveloped piece of land. In the end we decided to buy a lot and build a new home. Once again, as we worked through the purchase process, Cheryl and Rachel were with with us all along the way. They expertly guided us as we negotiated the purchase agreement and helped us take care of several closing complexities. In the end, we were able to purchase the lot we wanted at a price that worked for us. We very much enjoyed working with both Cheryl and Rachel and they earned our complete trust. Rachel's professionalism and attention to detail made our home-buying process enjoyable and easy to understand.
