Rachel Ivers is an Associate on the Multifamily Investment Sales Team at Compass Commercial, where she partners with Bryan Danforth and Matt Thomson. A key member of Compass Commercialās Northern California team, Ms. Ivers focuses on acquisitions and dispositions of multifamily investment properties across the San Francisco Peninsula, with a focus on Northern Peninsula markets where she identifies significant opportunities for growth and investment.
With a strong background in investment sales, advisory, and development, Ms. Ivers has been involved in over 7.3 million square feet of real estate transactions valued at more than $2 billion across the United States on behalf of institutional, middle-market, and private clients. Her expertise spans multifamily, retail, office, and industrial product types, with a primary focus on multifamily investment sales, buy-side advisory, property and portfolio-level analysis and valuation, and 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.
Before joining Compass Commercial in 2024, Ms. Ivers was an Associate Development Manager at Lendlease, where she oversaw $530 million in development and operational analyses for four of Googleās master-planned districts in the South Bay/San Jose submarkets, identifying $800 million in capital savings. She also founded her own real estate consultancy, offering strategic advisory on over $320 million in transactions across the United States, serving institutions and private buyers, sellers, and equity investors. Her previous experience also includes analytical positions with Holliday Fenoglio Fowler L.P. (HFF, now JLL), and Marcus & Millichap in Denver, Colorado.
