About Rachel
Rachel Farmer has been in Atlanta for 35 years as a Buckhead resident. She brings a unique southern charm and charismatic passion to selling real estate that is simply unmatched. Crediting much of her success to strong communication, loyalty, and confidentiality, Rachel is currently celebrating 25 years in the business.
With the motivation of her husband, Bryan, Rachel began her real estate career in 2000. By 2008 her humble personality and contagious enthusiasm earned her a spot among the top 20 agents at one of Atlanta’s top real estate firms. That same year she was honored with “The Miss Emmie” award, given for exhibiting the highest ethical and professional standards in her office. Drawn to Beacham’s exceptional marketing and luxury dominance in the Buckhead market, Rachel joined in 2009 and by 2011 she ranked 8th in the company.
Still residing in Buckhead with her husband, she is still very active within the community and holds the title of unofficial ‘Mayor of Wildwood’, participates in the neighborhood association and is an active member of the Northside Methodist Church. Rachel was the agent who sparked the initial idea for Beacham Gives Back. “As a company, we choose charities throughout the year and give our agents a chance to donate any amount on their closing sheet. I realized soon after working closely with Our House Shelter that we should be giving to charities all year, not just once. I am proud that Beacham was among the first to start this program”, says Rachel.
Her son Kyle currently plays professional baseball with the Minnesota Twins, and her daughter Nicole is an Ole Miss graduate and vital partner of Team Farmer.
