Rachel is very knowledgeable about Nashville real estate and checked comp after comp to ensure a proper list price of our condo. She helped us with staging, and the professional photographer she used for our listing pictures was fabulous. Our condo was under contract at full list price in less than three days, and the sale was complete in under 30 days. On buying our new home, it was a multiple offer situation and Rachel was understanding and encouraging as we navigated a very fast-paced, over-list-price offer process. She was informative on creating a competitive offer, but left the final offer price up to us and what we were 100% comfortable with. On both sales, she helped us negotiate with our buyer and seller, and all of our requests to negotiate were accepted.
