About Poul Erik
The true joy of when a real estate transaction is smooth and pleasant for the seller and buyer only happens when hard work and dedication are coupled with integrity and open communication. This pursuit for a win-win is what Poul brings to the table as a real estate agent.

Poul Erik was born and raised in Denmark and has always been on the adventurous side of life. While traveling throughout the United States in 1998, he met his future wife in Los Angeles. In 2004, after spending years in Denmark, Poul Erik and his family moved to the LA area to pursue more adventures. Following several years of working in Information Technology (IT) at both the University of Southern California and in the hedge fund industry, he moved to the South Bay and took a call to serve in a local church. Although IT is now gone, he has brought with him to real estate the high-end customer service, where discretion, listening, and understanding of the client's needs are crucial.

Combined with his Scandinavian-inspired practical and honest approach to life, this makes him a solid partner in the negotiations of transactions setting it up for a win-win.
