"As first-time buyers in the Manhattan market, we faced a host of unknowns when we began our apartment buying process. Phyllis was simply outstanding in leading us from offer to closing. She is knowledgeable, accessible, courteous and inscrutably honest. We highly recommend Phyllis as your full-service real estate broker in this byzantine market known as Manhattan." - Brian & Cathy
"Working with Phyllis on the sale of our apartment was wonderful! As first-time sellers, she made the process comfortable and easy - from pricing to staging to market strategy. She truly went above and beyond, personally helping us to stage the apartment and engaging excellent vendors when needed (photography, staging). The property we sold had some complicated restrictions and she seamlessly worked with our board, city agencies and management company. Not only did we get an excellent price from a great buyer, but all in just a few months’ time. Thank you, Phyllis." - Heather
"Phyllis was a great partner in finding the home of my dreams. What I really appreciated about working with her was her kindness, determination to find me a place that I would be absolutely happy in, and patience during the whole process. There were times when I thought I would not find anything and if it weren't for Phyllis that might've been true, but her persistence and great attitude really helped me find what I was looking for. I thank Phyllis for all her help and knowledge in this process and recommend her to anyone looking for their next dream home.." - Dustin
"I recently purchased a co-op on the Upper East Side for my daughter. In the process of looking at apartments, my daughter met Phyllis Crosby, and told me she had a good feeling about this agent.
Phyllis exceeded our expectations. She was always pleasant, a good listener and never pushy. Over the course of a couple weeks we saw 19 apartments, and we fell in love with one of them.
I have never lived in NYC nor owned a coop, but Phyllis walked me through the
whole complicated process. She was always professional and respectful yet
at the same time she was extremely easy to work with. Phyllis always answered my questions quickly and thoroughly, providing guidance throughout the whole process.
I highly recommend Phyllis Crosby as a realtor and will certainly use her
again if I ever buy or sell real estate in NYC again. " - Joyce
