About Phillip
Phillip is a Texas native born in San Antonio. When he was 3 years old his family moved to University Hills in North East Austin to a house where his parents still live today. Having family throughout the state, Phillip has experienced first-hand the incredible growth his home state has experienced especially in the central Texas area.
Before becoming a Realtor, Phillip spent 27+ years in the residential construction and remodeling industry. He owned and operated his own boutique remodeling company and is excited to bring his knowledge of houses to his clients. With his background, his main focus as a Realtor is to help clients understand the scope of work a potential property may have before making the purchase, saving them precious time, energy, and resources.
Phillip also spent a portion of his earlier career teaching construction, art, music, and cooking. Whether helping returning veterans gain new skills or teaching cooking classes in juvenile detention facilities, he believes in the power of education and the benefit of a new perspective. He also understands the vulnerability of asking questions which is his catalyst and his why. Phillip is dedicated to educating people about real estate, empowering them, and helping them realize their personal goals.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Jessica and son Joaquin by their pool. He also owns and operates Freediving Texas, which is a local organization dedicated to teaching Freediving, Freediving safety, and the importance of breathwork which promotes a more present mindset for overall health. He also enjoys woodworking when time allows.
