Philip Strause is a founding partner of The Playsted Group, started by real estate veteran Mark Playsted in 2023.
With a supreme focus on customer service, Philip has a diverse background spanning various domains within the real estate industry, including roles as CAD draftsman/estimator in the millwork and custom countertop industry, assistant land surveyor, and building materials sales and consultation specialist. Philip's versatility and adaptability make him is well suited to assist clients in the dynamic process of buying and selling homes.
Philip is also a US Coast Guard Captain, Sailing Instructor and American Red Cross CPR/First Aid Instructor. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Berkeley Yacht Club.
His interdisciplinary skills bridge technical proficiency with strategic insight, positioning him as a valuable asset to clients of The Playsted Group.
