"In short, Jamie was an absolute lifesaver. My wife and I lived in our 1 bed 1 bath condo until we got married, and then we bought a townhouse in 2010. When we tried to sell our condo at that time, we failed and became an unwitting landlord and landlady. We tried again twice over the years and each time failed to sell, instead getting a new renter. But this time, we lucked out.
Jamie immediately suggested a number of upgrades to the house, including replacing the carpet with vinyl flooring (except the bedroom which got new carpet), painting the walls with a specific color that she recommended for making the condo more attractive, and replacing the countertops with granite.
