About Phil

Phil began his real estate career in 1985. Since that time, he has become recognized for his unparalleled personal service, local market expertise, constant communication, keen negotiating skills, and client satisfaction.  With a consistent positive attitude and outlook on life, sprinkled with a great sense of humor he strives to make each client’s experience the best it can be.  His goal is simple:  work with each client to achieve their goals, help them understand their buying and selling opportunities through this ever-changing market, and to make sure their overall intentions, desires, and timing are fulfilled throughout the entire process.  

Early in his real estate career Phil was joined in the business by his wife Marcia and their two children, Darcie and Chris, and they became the prototype for other Realtors throughout the country considering bringing their families into the business.
