He has 30 years of experience in the field and joined Compass after 15 years at Sotheby's International Realty's East Hampton office, where he served as a Senior Global Real Estate Advisor and Associate Broker. Raised in East Hampton and guided by his experienced father, James is innately at home in the Hamptons real estate market. Boasting a degree in environmental studies with a focus on sustainable design, he has a keen eye for top listings from Montauk to Southampton, as well as an extensive local network.

With a background in film and advertising, Charles has developed a keen eye for aesthetics and structure.
