Peter Warrick-Marsh

Peter Warrick-Marsh is a Naples Native at heart with a vast knowledge of local communities by the beach and waterfront, including Pelican Bay, Park Shore, the Moorings and Olde Naples. He also specializes in working with buyers and sellers looking for larger properties with extra acreage such as in the Estates and income-producing properties from Golden Gate City to Naples Park. His past success as a large retail store owner has ingrained a deep understanding of what it takes to make sure clients are taken care of and all of their questions and concerns are addressed.

Peter is originally from Omaha, NE but he's been in Naples since the age of five and is very thankful to have traded a snow shovel for a beach chair. Growing up and living in Naples for almost 30 years, he has vast and extensive knowledge of Southwest Florida and all it has to offer. As an avid cyclist, he enjoys cycling vacations when he can experience different terrain on two wheels. Soccer is also part of Peter's non-real estate activities. Having played since the time he arrived in Florida, he now enjoys weekly men’s league matches to keep his fitness up and enjoys the teamwork and camaraderie on the field.

Peter is highly professional, honest, and hard-working. His clients appreciate his integrity and ability to overcome obstacles that lead to successful real estate transactions. He is an active member of the Naples Board Area of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Florida Association of Realtors.
