With a 5-year accredited degree in architecture from Cornell University, his foundation is based on keen design, nimble creativity, astute analysis, and unwavering dedication.

Pete's career began as the right-hand extension to Neal Ward, the # 1 luxury Realtor in San Francisco, where he was immersed in the highest levels of negotiation, complex transactions, and the expectations of the most discerning Buyers and Sellers. Pete was exposed to, and deeply internalized, excellence from the beginning, day-in and day-out. He has been involved in over $1B in sales since 2016, from starter condos to legacy estates, and has made it a priority to ensure that every Client receives the same exceptional outcome. He has a tireless work ethic, a passion for listening, and drive to deliver. Having been mentored by Neal, and now serving as Senior Partner at Neal Ward Properties, he approaches every transaction with a meticulous, elevated service that ensures no detail is overlooked. NATIONAL REACH, LOCAL EXPERTISE
Prior to moving to San Francisco, Pete was one of the founding Strategic Growth Managers for Compass, which at the time was only 3 years old and operating in a small handful of markets nationwide. Working hand-in-hand with Compass founder and CEO, Robert Reffkin, and Chief Growth Officer, Rory Golod, he established and grew markets across the country as the wholly-owned brokerage saw explosive expansion on a national scale. That on-the-ground expansion built lasting relationships with top brokers across all Compass markets, and that robust network allows for his Clients' needs to be quickly and efficiently communicated and marketed to key markets and stakeholders across the country and globe.
Pete's sphere of influence expands beyond the real estate world into the community at large. As a member of the San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus, alumnus of Leadership San Francisco with the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce, board member of Cornell Northern California, and former Teach For America corps member, Pete is grounded in building communities, enhancing neighborhoods, and helping others achieve their goals. He is a homeowner in the Castro neighborhood and enjoys all of the theater, music, museums, and recreation San Francisco affords.
