Peter is a third-generation New York real estate professional. His real estate sales philosophy is a combination of old-world values of client service, coupled with state-of-the-art contemporary technology. His clients are clients for life, and they rely on him at important times. He brings experience, passion, and problem-solving strategies to every transaction, skillfully managing every facet of the deal.

Peter is well-regarded for his empathy, his ability to rapidly assess and understand client needs, and his unremitting focus on results. He is particularly adept at providing his clients with a stress relief approach so often absent in today’s highly-charged marketplace. Real estate is in his blood, and it serves to enhance his knowledge and passion for his work.

Peter attended the Hackley School where he was a scholar athlete and was awarded second-team All-American in Lacrosse. Later, he graduated from Trinity College with a major in International Relations and a minor in Italian Studies. He has spent considerable time working, traveling, and studying abroad.

Peter has represented me and my husband twice: both in the purchase and sale of our Brooklyn apartment.
In 2014, when we bought our first home through Peter, the market for apartment sales in Brooklyn was extremely fast-paced and competitive. Peter helped us to navigate this difficult market and put forth competitive offers while still finding a great value for our money. We were able to close on an apartment within our desired budget, timeframe, and neighborhood, and we were happily situated before our wedding.
A little over two years later, when we found out we were having a baby and needed more space, Peter helped us to sell that Brooklyn apartment. He helped us every step of the way from choosing the right list price and arranging the ideal staging conditions. Once we listed our home with Peter, we had competing offers for well over asking within a week, and were in $25k over asking within two weeks.
