Perry deftly uses his renovation knowledge and experience to help you gain the best return on your investment when selling or to evaluate a property for you to purchase. He has worked extensively with all types of properties including single-family homes, multiunit investment properties, fixers, new developments, condo conversions, and diverse commercial properties. After graduating in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering / Management from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts, Perry made the move to California and has enjoyed living in the East Bay for the last 37 years. He began to purchase property in his 20s. He loves his current home and neighborhood in Rockridge. He had enjoyed being past co-captain of his block, having annual block parties, walking to great local restaurants and shops, and working close to home and family. His two children went to the local public elementary school where he and his wife were active members in the PTA. He enjoys traveling, nature, sports, Coco (the cutest feisty Schnauzer-Poodle), all things Italian, and everything that California has to offer.

To say that Perry is an excellent realtor understates how good he is. Perry masterfully put together a plan to make changes to our house so that it showed extremely well. On top of that Perry brought in a talented stager and photographer generating fabulous images that drew in a lot of viewers to the stylish website his staff put together. Rather than spend less on more economical marketing materials like photographers and web designers (costs born by him), Perry focused on generating the best product to help sell the house.
