Penny is an award-winning Licensed Realtor® who has extensive hands-on expertise. As a native of Texas, she possesses the in-depth local marketplace knowledge necessary to provide clients with a seamless transaction.
Penny is dedicated to going the extra mile for her valued clients from list to close and beyond. She is well versed in relocation, investment and residential properties, home buying and selling, and first-time home buying.
Prior to real estate, Penny was a paralegal for two decades as well as an instructor at an esteemed paralegal school. In addition to her Real Estate License, Penny holds GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), MRP (Military Relocation Professional), MCNE (Master Certified Negotiation Expert), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) Designations and a B.A.A.S. from Texas State University.
When she isn’t listing or selling, Penny enjoys gardening, refinishing furniture, live music, and exploring new places. Above all, she loves spending quality time with her beautiful family. She is happily married, a proud mother of four daughters, and a grandmother of seven wonderful grandchildren.
