From the first meeting, he allowed us to set the pace for searching for a home. taking down our budget, house preferences, location preferences, he was able to setup multiple visits to homes that were in our price range our desired locale. He was responsive Email, Text, phone. He knows the area very well is very well versed in the minutiae of all the contracts legal documents regarding the purchase of our home protected us from any additional costs that can be easily overlooked the average home buyer. He has many contacts including Home inspectors, sewer inspectors, loan officers etc whom he works with on a regular basis they were all excellent recommendations. My wife I are both doctors he did recommend a loan officer who was experienced in working with physicians which was a huge help for us. When issues arose during the buying process, he always knew what documents we needed or whom to contact to resolve the situation.
