The Pearl | Arnold Team was formed when Alex and Nick joined Compass in 2017, but their experience goes back decades. Alex was born to a family of successful New York City real estate brokers and has been working in the industry since his first part-time job at the age of 14. Nick began his real estate career at Corcoran in 2002, after more than 20 years in business management, including 10 years at the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development in Paris, France.

In the team's 30 years experience, we have closed more than 400 residential real estate sales, 300+ rentals, 200+ new condo development units and dozens of commercial and investment properties, with combined revenues in excess of $700,000,000.
