About Paul
A California native, Paul Thorp grew up in San Luis Obispo on the beautiful Central Coast. After attending Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, he moved to Los Angeles, where he worked for over 15 years in the Television and Film industry. Later, he worked at a full-service medical center performing physical therapy treatments. Paul returned to finish his undergraduate studies at Saint Mary’s College and go on to receive his Master’s Degree in Leadership.
Paul has always had a passion for the real estate business. With over a decade of experience, he began his career with a business that remodeled homes in the city of Napa, which helped him learn a great deal about the local market—including pricing trends and pocket neighborhoods. His proven record of finding homes with potential and transforming them into desirable showcase properties makes him a valuable advocate for buyers looking for a “fixer” property. Design and staging experience, as well as his construction and remodeling background, are an asset for buyers and sellers in any price range.
