Paul Sweet

Paul is first and foremost a connector of people.  Real estate just happens to be the main component of many of those relationships.  Since joining the industry in 2014, Paul's cross-sectional experience has been honed from working with top producers, on going training, and transacting across Manhattan, Brooklyn and the Bronx, in a range of residential, commercial and land-based transactions. At the base of all of this is a natural ability to communicate and engender trust, through integrity. Whilst Paul's physical work base is in NYC, he refers across the nation, and also transacts globally.

Paul is a member of the West Side Advisory Team, which ranks amongst the top 1.5% of brokers nationwide.  Paul works with individuals and families selling, buying and renting their homes through all of life's chapters, with many encounters beginning as clients, but closing as friends. His client roster also includes private equity funds, developers and investors.  Paul's interests in real estate also extends to commercial BioScience spaces, and fintech, including blockchain and its potential application towards tokenization of select real estate assets. 

Paul is originally from Belfast, Northern Ireland, where he attended Campbell College, and then graduated from Queen's University with honors in Information Management & Social Policy.  Upon graduating, Paul worked in the PharmaChem sector in Ireland for a few years, before forming a trading business based in Ireland & Hong Kong.  Paul has also worked in Scandinavia within the retail food sector.  He has travelled globally, which speaks to his international client base, as well as his cultural awareness and particular sensitivities to the needs of those relocating to NYC.

Outside of work, Paul is a keen cook and baker, who enjoys music, amateur photography and art.  A keen sportsman, Paul proudly became a member of much lauded 1,000lb Club in May 2024.  His next physical challenge is the NFL Combine, which he is excited to try.  Paul is an honorary Wolverine!
