A second generation REALTOR® and lifelong Santa Barbara local, Paul is a veteran with over 30 years of real estate experience under his belt. Knowledgeable in all fields of real estate, Paul is proficient in residential, income property, land, and commercial properties.
Adept at navigating contracts, Paul is laser-focused on the details, possesses vast construction knowledge, and keen negotiation and mediation skills. On any given weekend you’ll find Paul out with Bridget on their tandem bike riding up Gibraltar Road, taking in some surfing, stand-up paddling or body surfing at SB’s many awesome beaches, catching a day at the racetrack on his Ducati or joining Bridget in a Pilates or yoga class.
