Originally from Canada, Paul graduated from St. Mary's University with degrees in marketing and accounting. He began his career as a real estate developer building and selling hundreds of homes. Through his education and experience in construction, project improvement, and renovation Paul is uniquely able to guide Clients to achieve the full potential of any home sale or acquisition. From 1990 to 2006 Paul became one of the Atlantic Canada's most successful financial advisors building and running his own firm of over 50 professionals. This experience not only honed his sales and negotiation skills but more importantly, enabled Paul to become an expert in analyzing markets and market trends thus enabling him to completely advise Clients on marketing and pricing strategies to optimize real estate investments and capitalize on market shifts. 

Living in Jonathan's Landing, severing as a Board Member for six years in leadership positions, and being active in golf and other lifestyle activities has enabled Paul to build an extensive network conducive to success in real estate and being "in the know".
