He also serves on the board of Capacity for Justice, a non-profit that strives to improve the quality of forensic evaluations for criminal defendants with mental illness, as well as a board member of The Christi Center, a non-profit that offers grief services and support to those that have lost a loved one.

Outside of work Paul enjoys trying to top the leaderboards on his Peloton bike and relaxing by the waves of the Texas coast. But nothing makes him smile more than his two young children and wife.
