About Paul
A trusted advisor with exceptional analytical skills, Paul believes that information and preparation are tantamount. By empowering his clients with data and details, he provides a level of certainty and assurance that makes for a stress-free and seamless transaction.
Paul's legal background as a patent litigator and bank mortgage attorney make him a powerful negotiator, deal facilitator, and client advocate. Whether his client is a townhouse buyer, a co-op seller, or a real estate investor, he argues their case with skill and tenacity, and advises them with a steady hand. Paul complements his professional knowledge with personal transactional experience. He treats every client's real estate business with the same urgency and accuracy as his own, always looking out their best interests through every step of the process.
A native of Michigan and New York City resident since 2002, he currently lives in Park Slope, Brooklyn with his wife and two young kids. Paul earned a degree in Molecular and Cellular Neurobiology from Brown University, then worked in the biotech industry in San Francisco before moving to New York where he graduated from the NYU School of Law.
Outside of work and home life, he loves to cycle, ski, travel, and play music with his family. When he's not in the City, you'll probably find him hiking or skiing upstate in the Catskills. He's also a huge Michigan sports fan who enjoys cheering on his favorite teams throughout the year.
