He used his significant construction knowledge & experience to preliminarily investigate the houses we were interested in, sometimes talking us out of some that would have been problematic, regardless of the possible loss of financial gain for himself. He always watched out for us, and looked out for our best interests. Once we bought the house, there were improvements we wanted to make inside before moving in… old carpet out, new tile in, painting interior, etc. He directed us to all "his people” in every aspect of home improvement. Each one has been extremely helpful, and it was not a big surprise to find that these craftsmen were each willing to adjust their schedules to accommodate Paul’s clients, based on their long history with him.

Paul collaborates well with all facets of the buying process. He is truly fabulous at his job. He goes the extra mile for you. He focused on inspections, appraisers, walk throughs via facetime and so on. He navigated us though the entire buying process while we were still 3000 miles away! Truly Paul is an amazing connection from The Lord to guide and direct our steps.
He is very detailed oriented. He evaluated our VA info and knew what we were qualified for. When the appraisal was completed, he found some errors and requested a second appraisal. The property value was modified, and the sale became final!
Paul is also a lifetime keeper for any future repairs or upgrades you may need. He has references for everything.
Most of all, Paul has great leadership and personal skills which made us feel confident in working with him. He is motivated by a passion and purpose that involves serving people. He has always been honest, quickly responds to calls and texts and is always transparent. He is a great listener. "This is the second time I have worked with Paul. The first time he handled a short sale of a town home in Winter Springs, and that was handle very quickly in a professional manor. This time I purchased a home in Debary, and Paul handled the transaction for me. This was would be my 3rd home and the other 2 where purchased from the builder, and this would be a new experience all together. I would be purchasing a used home for my children and I to live in. Paul set up a portal for me to view homes, and it was updated daily, which was very convenient. After finding the home I liked. Paul arranged for the inspections, appraisals, etc......
