"Paul is an excellent broker - he knows the markets quite well and is highly responsive. In addition to being strong on the technical side, Paul is a great person. He worked hard to understand our desires, concerns and limitations, and never pushed us in a direction that was inconsistent with our goals. However, he urged us to visit and consider different properties to gain market perspective and it proved to be very helpful to our final decision. Paul was patient, thoughtful and creative as we worked through the process on 2 different condominium units. He was extremely helpful during the inspection process and throughout the weeks leading up to the closing.
Bottom line - Paul is wonderful to work with. I can't imagine a better qualified, nicer or more diligent broker in South FL

"Paul was very professional in is approach to selling our home. He gave us great advice on how to stage our home for the best possible showing, and it paid off with us selling the in less than a month.
Plus he negotiated any offers to get us a great price.

"Paul Dono is an amazing Realtor. Paul showed us many properties in similar neighborhoods, so that we could be sure we found the correct one for our family. Paul is extremely knowledgeable and helps with everything you could possibly ask of him. Paul still helps us to this day with questions we have and in February helped my Mother buy a home in Delray Beach.

"Paul is an excellent agent. He listened and accommodated our requests from the very first time we spoke. We were looking for a purchase 6 months out. This did not faze him. He was not pushy with "dont let this one get away" at the 2 month mark. He respected us , sent info casually and let us react. A true family man, he understood our need to not find a but rather a home, in a community that suited our family and emotional requirements. Paul was our partner in the process. We would recommend him to anyone.

"I am a residential real estate broker with 15 years experience in Manhattan. Although completely different markets, the basic principles are the same. There is a right way to provide service and local expertise and a less than right way, Paul does it the right way. I met Paul through a mutual client and had brief interaction with him thru that client. My mom passed away and I needed a real estate agent to list my mom’s home. After speaking with a few local agents, I remembered Paul. I met Paul at my mom’s home and was very impressed. My “gut” told me this is the one. My “gut” was right.
Paul handled the listing very much the way I handle my listings in Manhattan. He acted quick, decisively and kept me informed every step of the way. Paul priced the correctly and it in a short period of time. If you are 1,200 miles away, (like I was) or living in the you are interested in selling, contact Paul and meet with him. Take it from a fellow real estate agent, he conducts himself professionally, is trustworthy, and does business the right way.
