Having bought and sold his own properties over the last 34 years, he understands what it's like to be on both sides of the table. He appreciates the commitment, energy, and time needed to buy or sell a home and works hard to make the process as smooth as possible.

Paul has worked in sales and sales management for over 35 years and attributes his success to his outgoing personality, love of helping people, and his ability to uncover and satisfy his clients' needs so that they are able to make an informed decision in selling or finding their home.

Paul came to real estate after moving to New York from England. Originally from the beautiful Cotswolds, he immediately fell for the charms of Brooklyn and Brooklyn Heights. Paul has lived in and traveled to many foreign and domestic places throughout his life. He has always been interested in real estate and has owned, renovated many properties. He has been a devoted New Yorker since moving here and has built up in that time an impressive referral network ever since transplanting himself from England.

Paul really enjoys working with his colleagues, customers, and clients alike and considers himself a full-fledged Brooklyn Heights devotee in every sense. Captivated by the neighborhood's charm, history, people, and offerings, he feels extremely happy to live in the area. He passionately enjoys sharing his knowledge of the Brownstone neighborhoods, as many of his countless loyal customers will tell you.
