Paul Bragstad has been helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams since 1981. For many years, he managed large real estate offices in Marin and San Francisco  gaining a comprehensive knowledge of strategic marketing, negotiation, and legal issues. In 2001, Paul joined Compass as an agent. He has sold homes from Belvedere to Stinson Beach, from Sausalito to Novato, and from Tiburon and Mill Valley to Kentfield and Ross. He represented Spirit Rock Meditation Center in the purchase of its 400 acres and sold Serenity Knolls, the 20-unit Inverness Valley Inn, and a 43-acre Nicasio horse ranch. Constantly developing his knowledge of Internet marketing, he has taught cyber marketing seminars in Bay Area Compass offices and been a Internet marketing consultant to Idaho's Tamarack Ski and Snowboard resort. He has also been an Internet advisor to the authors of "Home Selling for Dummies" and "Home Buying for Dummies". Paul was awarded the "Agent's Choice" award by his Compass peers and has served on the board of directors of both the San Francisco and Marin Associations of Realtors. 

Paul grew up in Madison, Wisconsin, and graduated from Harvard College. He is a whitewater kayaker and a tennis player. In his spare time, he has climbed Mount Whitney and Mount Rainier and completed the Mount Everest trek twice. Nature photography is one of his favorite pursuits.
