About Patrick
As the son of two entrepreneurial people, a highly successful real estate agent and a proprietor of a software company, Patrick Smith was born to sell real estate in the Bay Area! He graduated from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill (Go Heels!) before living in Southern California where he worked in film. He then moved to Vail, Colorado and was a dedicated restaurateur and investor for 5 years. This experience reinforced his passion for great design, service and the importance of always going above and beyond for his clients. After moving back to California and starting in real estate, Patrick was the 2018 Top Selling New Agent at Keller Williams Palo Alto and enjoyed selling homes to his clients all over the San Francisco Bay Area. Now in 2023 Patrick is based in Truckee & ecstatic to be joining forces with The Oldham Group at Compass. Patrick specializes in great service & honest communication for both buyers & sellers alike, and is always focused on doing what is best for his clients. When he is not selling real estate Patrick is likely either skiing, cyling or spending time with his wife & their two dogs exploring all that Lake Tahoe has to offer.
