Patrick Barnicle is an innovator, investor, and disruptor in the real estate industry, with a career spanning nearly two decades. Since 2006, Patrick has been at the forefront of luxury real estate, recognized for being one of the pioneers in creating city-view rooftop residential living spaces in one of America’s largest cities. His passion for innovation, combined with an unparalleled work ethic, has helped shape the landscape of high-end real estate.

Before entering the real estate world, Patrick served honorably as a paratrooper in the military for over 8 years, including two combat tours. His military experience, paired with his time living in Italy for three years, has provided him with a global perspective and an exceptional ability to approach challenges with discipline and strategic insight.

In addition to his real estate endeavors, Patrick founded the Patriot Program, a company dedicated to maximizing real estate opportunities for veterans. His commitment to service, both in his military career and in business, remains at the core of everything he does.

Patrick holds an MA from Georgetown University, an MBA/V from the University of Southern California, and an MSBA from the University of Virginia. He is a Florida Title Agent and Yacht Broker License holder, and has successfully completed two full Ironman triathlons along with the Sea to Summit Triathlon.
