About Patricia

Patricia Smith graduated with a B.S. in Business, with a concentration in Marketing from San Jose State University in 1989, and her MBA at Santa Clara University in 1996. She worked in leading tech companies as a product marketing manager, including Symantec and Logitech, where many of her products won industry awards. Patricia was instrumental in developing one of the industry's first digital cameras. Patricia also was a consultant to various tech companies in product marketing, product research, product development and corporate marketing. The transition from marketing in technology to Realtor was an easy one. Patricia became a Realtor in 2008 and by using analytical, marketing and people skills that were instrumental in her success in tech marketing, was able to quickly start producing and continues to be a top producing agent.

She then compiles a market analysis on the chosen property to help you pull together a strong offer that will meet your financial needs and get your offer accepted. She looks at the unique situation of every buyer and seller to negotiate the best price and terms for her client. She has had offers accepted in numerous multiple offer situations due to her analysis of the situation, follow through with the listing agent and writing letters of introduction to the sellers to solidify the strength of offers. After the offer is accepted, she stays on top of the entire process, And she is there to assist after the closing. Patricia’s job satisfaction is knowing that she did the best job possible to find the client the best house to live in and a home that will provide a solid investment for the future.
