About Patricia Ann
With more than four decades of experience in the South Florida market Pat has seen it all. She
specializes in selling estate homes, horse ranches, groves, farmland, commercial and industrial
properties in the South Miami-Dade Market. Her high caliber deals have had a lasting impact on South
Dade; one of which contributed to the doubling the size of the City of Homestead.
She has sold several commercial properties along the tourist service corridor at the Turnpike Terminus, the most notable being a 38 acre site that is zoned for gaming. After having sold hundreds of acres of farmland and groves as well, she knows every dirt road in The Redland; Miami’s rural community that contains everything from weekend retreats to multi-million dollar estates set amongst farmland and groves. She calls it “Miami’s Secret Garden”.
