She has sold several commercial properties along the tourist service corridor at the Turnpike Terminus, the most notable being a 38 acre site that is zoned for gaming. After having sold hundreds of acres of farmland and groves as well, she knows every dirt road in The Redland; Miami’s rural community that contains everything from weekend retreats to multi-million dollar estates set amongst farmland and groves. A small town girl from New Jersey, Pat relocated to Miami on a job transfer, met her husband and raised their three children in The Redland. She loves horses and owned Arabians for 20 years. She enjoys reading, crafts and traveling. especially in Europe. Being a big time Disney fan, she now gets to go to the parks as often as she likes with her daughter and new granddaughter.
